You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

• Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

• Free from damage, stains, or alterations
   

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

• Customized or personalized products

• Gift cards

• Items showing signs of use or damage not caused during shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rol-president.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at info@rol-president.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos to assist with verification and resolution.
